Age & Health Considerations
- الكامب متاح للأطفال من عمر 4 إلى 15 سنة.
- يرجى إبلاغنا مسبقًا بأي حساسية أو حالات طبية خاصة بالطفل.
- The camp is open to children aged 4 to 15 years old.
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions of the child.
الرسوم والاشتراكات والمواعيد
Fees, Subscriptions & Attendance
- رسوم الكامب والحجوزات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- يمكن تأجيل الحجز فقط في حالة الإبلاغ المسبق.
- اشتراكات اليومين يجب استخدامها خلال نفس الأسبوع.
- الاشتراكات الأسبوعية يمكن استخدامها خلال أسبوعين متتاليين فقط.
- يتم احتساب يوم الكامب كاملًا بغض النظر عن وقت الحضور.
- لا يمكن تعويض الأنشطة الفائتة بسبب التأخير.
- يرجى الالتزام بمواعيد الحضور والانصراف المحددة.
- الغياب بدون إبلاغ مسبق قد لا يتم تعويضه.
- Camp fees and bookings are non-refundable.
- Bookings can only be postponed in case of prior notification.
- 2-day subscriptions must be used within the same week.
- Weekly subscriptions can only be used within two consecutive weeks.
- The camp day is counted as a full day regardless of attendance time.
- Missed activities due to late arrival cannot be compensated.
- Please adhere strictly to the scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.
- Absence without prior notice may not be compensated.
الملابس والمتعلقات الشخصية والسلوك
Clothing, Belongings & Behavior
- يرجى ارتداء ملابس مريحة مناسبة للأنشطة الفنية.
- نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي بقع ألوان على الملابس.
- غير مسموح بإحضار الألعاب أو الهواتف المحمولة أو الساعات الذكية داخل الكامب.
- لا تتوفر خدمة مربية (Nanny) خاصة داخل الكامب.
- يرجى عدم إحضار أي مقتنيات أو أشياء ثمينة.
- يرجى كتابة اسم الطفل بوضوح على جميع متعلقاته الشخصية.
- يُسمح بشراء سناكس من الكانتين فقط بموافقة ولي الأمر المسبقة.
- Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for art activities.
- We are not responsible for any paint stains on clothing.
- Toys, mobile phones, or smartwatches are not allowed inside the camp.
- Private nanny services are not available inside the camp.
- Please do not bring any valuable belongings.
- Please write the child's name clearly on all personal belongings.
- Buying snacks from the canteen is allowed only with the parent's consent.
التواصل، التصوير والأنشطة الإضافية
Communication, Media & Extra Activities
- قد يتم تشغيل فيلم قصير للأطفال بعد الأنشطة أو أثناء اليوم إذا لزم الأمر.
- قد يتم تصوير صور وفيديوهات أثناء الأنشطة لاستخدامها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمدرسة.
- لمتابعة الطفل أثناء اليوم، يرجى التواصل معنا عن طريق المكالمات الهاتفية فقط.
- للحجز أو الاستفسار، يرجى التواصل خلال مواعيد العمل من الساعة 10 صباحًا حتى 7 مساءً. أي رسائل بعد هذا الوقت سيتم الرد عليها في اليوم التالي.
- A short movie may be screened for children after activities or during the day if needed.
- Photos and videos may be taken during activities to be used on the school's social media platforms.
- To check on your child during the day, please contact us via phone calls only.
- For bookings or inquiries, please contact us during working hours (10 AM to 7 PM). Any messages received after this time will be answered the next day.
