At Aura Art School, we aim to provide a flexible and fair experience for all parents and students. This policy explains the conditions under which bookings can be cancelled and payments refunded through our website.

Parents can request a cancellation and refund according to the following rules:

• 7 days or more before the program starts: Full refund (100%) will be issued.
• Between 3 to 6 days before the program starts: A 50% refund of the total booking value will be issued.
• 48 hours or less before (or after the program has started): No refunds can be issued as seats and art materials are prepared and reserved in advance.

Refunded amounts are automatically credited back to the original payment card (Visa/Mastercard) or digital wallet used during the checkout process.

* Note: It may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending entirely on your card-issuing bank and the payment gateway.
